SLTVIP Terms and Conditions —
What Every Player Needs to Know

1. Eligibility

To register and use the SLTVIP platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of SLTVIP or any of its affiliated companies or third-party providers.
• You are not using the platform on behalf of another person or any corporate entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or subject to any court order that prohibits gambling.

SLTVIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, SLTVIP reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) SLTVIP account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or using different personal information — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SLTVIP login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with anyone. SLTVIP will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to SLTVIP support.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on SLTVIP are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are supported:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your SLTVIP account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. SLTVIP does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension and full return of funds to the originating account.

4. Withdrawals

SLTVIP processes withdrawals to the same payment methods used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time and identity verification.

Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, SLTVIP requires you to complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This typically includes submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and proof of your registered mobile number. Failure to complete verification will delay withdrawal processing.

Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) may take up to 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving bank. SLTVIP will notify you once a withdrawal has been processed from our end.

SLTVIP reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the processing window may be extended. You will be contacted by support if further documentation is needed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

SLTVIP regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all SLTVIP bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotion has a stated wagering requirement (also called turnover requirement). You must complete this wagering before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• SLTVIP reserves the right to alter, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus at its sole discretion if it believes the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
• Using more than one account to claim the same promotion is bonus fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
• Bonus funds will be removed from your account if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.

SLTVIP's Refer a Friend programme is subject to its own specific terms posted on that page. Referral rewards are only paid out when the referred friend has completed registration, deposited, and met any qualifying play requirements. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals or referrals of fictional persons — will result in disqualification and account suspension.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

SLTVIP is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the SLTVIP platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another person.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through hedging bets, exploiting loopholes, or using low-risk wagering strategies designed to drain bonus balances without genuine play intent.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games on the SLTVIP platform without prior written authorisation.
• Money laundering: Using SLTVIP for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Multiple accounts: As stated in Section 2, operating more than one account is prohibited under any circumstances.

SLTVIP employs risk management and fraud detection technology. If your account is flagged for suspicious activity, SLTVIP reserves the right to place your account under review, freeze your balance, delay withdrawals, and request additional documentation. If the investigation confirms a violation, your account will be closed and any winnings may be forfeited in full.

7. Game Rules & Results

All games available on SLTVIP — including JILI Slots, bingo, virtual sports, and sports betting — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and SLTVIP's own game-specific rules where applicable. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you play.

SLTVIP uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino games. This ensures that outcomes are fully random and not influenced by prior results, bet sizes, or any external factor. Game outcomes are final. SLTVIP does not modify game results after the fact.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — SLTVIP reserves the right to declare the relevant round void and refund the bet amount. SLTVIP is not liable for incomplete games caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the SLTVIP system, those odds are locked in. Any subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets. Results are determined by official match outcomes; SLTVIP reserves the right to determine which source constitutes the official result in cases of dispute.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SLTVIP platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of SLTVIP or its licensed providers. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any SLTVIP content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

SLTVIP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the SLTVIP platform.

9. Privacy & Data

SLTVIP collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on SLTVIP, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

SLTVIP will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

SLTVIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to:

• Set personal deposit and loss limits through your account settings.
• Use the session timer to track how long you've been playing.
• Take regular breaks — gaming should be enjoyable, hindi dapat stress.
• Contact SLTVIP support to request temporary or permanent self-exclusion if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

SLTVIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Requests by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Detection that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1.

You may also close your SLTVIP account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLTVIP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from platform downtime, errors, or technical issues.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other external service providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

SLTVIP's total liability to any player in connection with their account shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence by SLTVIP.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of SLTVIP that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with SLTVIP support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. SLTVIP's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
